King's Youth
We have youth group meetings every Sunday morning. This group is for young people in years 7-13 and is held in the Youth room. In the group we want the young people to be building a strong foundational knowledge in the Bible.
We also love to take things a little deeper by asking questions and having discussions on what the Bible means for us in our own lives at school and at home or wherever life takes us.
We make these discussions fun and engaging and often incorporate prayer and Bible study into games. We also love to hang out and get to know each other by eating lots of sweets, praying together and playing lots of silly games!
Sundays
Ignite is a group is for those in year 7 to year 11 and it takes place at the King's Centre:
Monday 7:15-8:30pm (during term time)
Here we do a bunch of fun activities including sports, games, arts and crafts to name a few. For our ‘God spot’ we learn about a different important topic every week then split up into smaller groups and discuss what it means for us and pray together.
We cover different topics that affect the young people such as what it means to have a relationship with God and who Jesus is. This is a great group for the young people to get to know each other better and for them to invite their friends along to. This has been a great place for the youth to grow in their friendships and faith.
